Light Chaser in Las Vegas
I took a bunch of pictures when I was in Las Vegas, always looking at the scenery, and trying to watch the light during the evening to sunset. As a photographer, I think of myself as a light chaser. I would wait for the proper time of light to frame my subjects. In one day, I found myself being able to navigate around the strip in Las Vegas without a map.
Right when my flight began boarding, I...

Ohme Garden Album
Earlier in July, I went to eastern Washington with my parents for a mini-vacation, looking up places to take some photographs. One place turned out to be the Ohme Garden.
Apparently, the garden had changed since the last time my parents had seen it. Luckily enough, they allowed you to bring camera equipment, including a tripod which most places do not aside from flash. There were more areas to...

July 4th in Seattle Album

Northwest Trek Album
Here is an album I just uploaded of the Northwest Trek park in Eatonville. Some of the photographers I met in the Mountaineer’s Club also mentioned the Palouse as well. It seems to be a really photogenic place.

What is "Normal?"
I have paid attention to my writing and reading ability recently, and it made me wonder what is considered normal.
I am currently reading Outliers, being able to read 10-15 pages in a sitting before I get exhausted. Reading those chunks of pages is nearly a full chapter. Usually it is extremely difficult for me to read a full chapter in a book.
While doing some writing, I noticed consistent...

Seattle Center
My original intention of going to Seattle was to go to a park for a scenic shot of down town Seattle. Unfortunately, I found that the park was not easily found, as recent cuts of city founding reduced the parks and parking for them.
While waiting for my parents, I walked over to the Seattle Center were the Space Needle, EMP, and the Pacific Science Center reside. I ended up taking quite a bit of...
